国际货币体系改革势在必行

The Imperative of the Reform of International Monetary System

随着美国金融危机和全球金融危机的步步恶化,改革国际货币体系的呼声日渐高涨。文章在分析国际货币体系存在问题的基础上,提出改革IMF,加强发达国家与发展中国家之间的协调,发挥其在稳定国际金融体系的应有作用;建立和加强国际金融监管制度,完善汇率体系,平抑汇率大幅波动;改变以美元为主的国际储备货币体系,加快人民币国际化进程。

Along with the worsening of American and global financial crisis, it calls for the reform of international monetary system. After analyzing its current problems, this paper proposes to reform IMF, strengthen the coordination between the developing and developed countries, establish and reinforce the supervisory mechanism for international finance, perfect foreign exchange system, iron out the fluctuation in foreign exchange rate, shift the international reserve currency system dominated by U. S. dollar, accelerate the internationalization process for RMB.
