对高职院校人才培养模式的探讨

Discussions on Talent Training Modes in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育的人才培养模式必须以职业为基础、以能力为本位;高等职业教育应根据不同职业岗位而设定专业;再根据不同的专业,寻找一种符合中国国情,反映高职教育内在规律的人才培养模式,探讨了高等职业教育几种人才培养模式:"订单式"人才培养模式;"岗证单一体化"人才培养模式;"工学结合、校企合作"人才培养模式;"三位一体"人才培养模式;"一体两翼三同步"人才培养模式;"模块+特长"人才培养模式;各高职院校应该根据各专业,各地区性的不同而选择不同的人才培养模式,从而实现高等职业技术教育稳定、健康、可持续发展。

The talent training mode of higher vocational education should be based on occupational and ability - orientation; majors should be set according to the different occupational post; then on the base of different majors, the talent training mode in accordance with Chinese Situation, reflecting the inherent law of higher vocational educa- tion could be sought. The talent training mode of higher vocational education discussed are as below： ＂ order - style＂ model; ＂post - certificate - order - integration＂ model;＂ combining learning with working and school - enterprise cooperation＂ model ; ＂ trinity＂ model; ＂ one body, two wings , three synchronous＂ model;＂ module ＋ specialty ＂ model. Higher vocational colleges should choose the appropriate talent training model according to the different professions and regions in order to achieve a stable, healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education.
