摘要
中国古代对监察官的管理是封建社会整饬吏治、惩治腐败的重要手段。历代封建统治者十分重视监察官的人事管理工作,并建立了一套由选拔、品级、考核奖惩等环节组成的监察人事管理制度,其中的合理因素对当代的监察制度建设有可借鉴的意义。
Ancient Chinese administration of supervisory officials is an important means to rectify administration and fight corruption in the feudal society. Feudal dominator attaches great importance to the personnel management of supervisory officials in every past dynasties, and had established a set of personnel management system composed of many phases, including selection, grading, assessment of rewards and punishments. There are some reasonable elements that can provide reference for China' s contemporary supervision system.
