The evolution of ＂the Chinese knowledge bodied,the western learning applied＂ is the theoretical foundation to Sino-foreign Cooperation in Local Universities. Based on a research on the current situation,management and some difficulties,a series of solutions are sug- gested after the exploration of the sino-foreign cooperation in local universities.
