实行弹性学制的问题及对策

弹性学制是学分制的一个重要内容。在论述学年制和学分制两种教学管理制度的基础上,在学年制向学分制的过渡时期,分析由于现有管理体制的制约、缺乏社会认可、配套措施支持不够及校内条件所限等因素,制约了弹性学制的实施。提出解决这些问题应在做好必要的准备工作、科学构建课程体系、强化目标管理、实行奖励学分、应用现代教育技术及加强舆论宣传等方面采取对策。结论是只有边实施、边改进、边完善,才能使弹性学制真正地落到实处。

Flexible education system is an important part of credit system. On the basis of discussing credit system and school - year system, the article points out that the implementation of flexible education system is restrained by some factors in the period of transiting from school - year system to credit system, such as restraint of the current management system, lack of social acceptance, weak support of supporting facilities, and unfavorable internal conditions of schools. To solve the problems, according to the author, schools should adopt countermeasures such as necessary preparation, scientific construction of course system, strengthening target management, implementation of encouraging credits, modern educational technology, and public propaganda. The conclusion is that flexible educational system can be truly fulfilled through continuous improvement in the process of implementation.
