摘要
为了探讨护士角色压力、自我效能感和工作倦怠之间的关系,揭示角色压力对工作倦怠的影响以及自我效能感在其中的作用机制,本研究采用问卷对河南省郑州、焦作两市366名护士进行调查,结果表明:(1)角色压力正向预测工作倦怠,并对工作倦怠的三个方面均有显著的影响,且主要影响个人成就感低落和情绪衰竭;(2)角色冲突影响情绪衰竭,角色模糊影响去人格化和个人成就感低落;(3)自我效能感与角色压力和工作倦怠的相关显著;(4)自我效能感在角色压力与工作倦怠间充当部分中介作用。
The questionnaires are used to 367 nurses in Zhengzhou and Jiaozuo in Henan province for investigation in order to explore the relationship between the role stress, job burnout and self-efficacy of the nurses and at the same time to reveal the effects the role stress played on job burnout and the role of self-efficacy played in this process.The results show that (1)Role stress positively predicts job burnout and has significantly affected on the emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accom- plishment. (2)Role conflict affects emotional exhaustion while role ambiguity affects depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. (3)Self-efficacy has signi- ficantly correlated with role stress and job burnout. (4)Self-efficacy is found to have a partial mediation effect between role stress and job burnout.
