摘要
教师社会化是教师的学习和适应过程,目的是让教师通过理解与组织(所在幼儿园或部门)或工作有关的信息以适应教师角色。幼儿教育在终身教育中有着不可忽视的作用,幼儿园教师的发展和适应情况对于幼儿教育来说不可忽视,因此,研究幼儿园教师社会化有重要意义。本文从幼儿园教师社会化研究的历程和概念界定、研究范式、发展阶段、影响因素和结果几个方面,对当前幼儿园教师社会化研究现状做系统梳理,并指出通过实证研究深入挖掘幼儿园教师社会化过程和规律是今后研究者应关注的方向。
Teachers' socialization was the process of learning and adjustment for teachers, the aim of which was to make teachers acclimatize themselves to teachers' roles. Kindergarten teachers, whose development and adaptations were vital for children education, played important roles in life education. Therefore, the study about socialization for kindergarten teachers made great sense. This study reviewed current research on socialization for kindergarten teachers, including the research history, relevant concepts, stages of development influential factors and outcomes. Exploring the process of kindergarten teachers' socialization by empirical means was worthy of further research.
