摘要
应用2种实验方案合成了4-三甲基硅基苯乙炔(sPA)单体,采用核磁和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)进行了表征.在金属铑络合物[Ph(nbd)Cl]2催化剂催化下制备了聚4-三甲基硅基苯乙炔Poly(SPA).当n(SPA):n(Et3N):n(Ph)=250:250:1时,Poly(SPA)收率及分子质量分布最好,分别达到88%和4.19.聚合物Poly(SPA)易溶于氯仿、甲苯等有机溶剂中.其成膜性较好,并具有较高的强度和热稳定性,热重分析测试5%,失重温度为300~310℃.
The use of two experimental scheme synthesized 4-trimethylsilylphenylacetylene (SPA) monomer,the monomer are characterized by the NMR and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). In [ Rh (nbd) Cl2 ]2 catalysts poly 4-trimethylsilyl phenyl-acetylene (Poly (SPA)) are prepared. There are the best molecular weight distribution and yield of polymer. When the n (SPA) :n (Et3N) : n (Rh) = 250:250 : 1 is 88 % and 4.19 respectively,Poty(SPA) is soluble in chloroform, toluene and other organic solvents. It is a good filmforming, and has higher strength, TAG tested 5 % weight loss temperature is 300-310 ℃.
