分散剂对微胶囊红磷粒径影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用分散剂处理红磷后,在红磷的表面发生界面聚合形成以聚氨酯弹性体膜为壁材的超细微胶囊红磷,并对制备的超细微胶囊红磷进行表征。结果表明:该方法制备的微胶囊红磷粒径在600~1000nm,在高聚物中有较好的分散度。 The microcapsule red phosphorus was prepared by utilizing the interracial polymerization of polyisocyanate and polyol (amine) to prepare with polyurethane resin as the wall material on red phosphorus after which treated by dispersants. Then the microcapsule red phosphorus was characterized by certain equipment. The results showed that the size of the microencapsulated red phosphorus in 600-1000nm, and it has a well dispersion in polymer.
