摘要
炼焦化学125t·h-1干熄焦发电工程,有着回收热能,节约能源;消除污染,改善环境;提高焦炭质量,减少炼铁焦比的效能,因此受到业界的普遍欢迎。新建设的大型焦炉65%,同时建设了干熄焦工程,干熄焦的发电系统配备了12MW的抽凝式发电机组,本篇着重在发电机组工程供配电、继电保护、接入系统、机组二次控制方案、保护控制系统及电气传动等进行研讨。
There are quite a few advantages about power generation project of coking chemistry 125t· h^-1 dry quenching, such as heat-recycling, energy-saving, low pollution and environment improvement. Meanwhile quality of coke can be enhanced, the ratio of iron and coke decreased yet. Thus, this tech is caused wide public concern within industry. A new 65% large coke oven along with dry quenching project was established. The power generation system is equipped with 12MW condensing extracted power generator. This paper focused on research on power supply of generator unit, relay protection, access system, generator units' secondary controlling program, protection system and electric drive.
