头皮针结合体针治疗神经根型颈椎病30例

Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis 30 Cases Treated by Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Body Acupuncture

目的:探讨头皮针结合体针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:本研究采用随机对照的方法,将符合纳入标准的病人分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用头皮针结合体针治疗,对照组采用体针治疗。结果:在镇痛疗效方面,治疗组显效12例,有效15例,无效3例,对照组显效7例,有效18例,无效5例,经统计学检验,两组在镇痛方面治疗组优于对照组;在综合疗效方面,治疗组治愈18例,好转11例,未愈1例,对照组治愈11例,好转15例,未愈4例,经统计学检验,在综合疗效方面治疗组优于对照组。结论:头皮针结合体针治疗神经根型颈椎病效果可靠。

Objective:To investigate clinical therapeutic effect of nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated by scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture.Methods:patients were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).Observation group were treated by ccalp acupuncture combined with body Acupuncture,and control group were treated by body acupuncture.Results: In respect of abirritation,12 cases got marked effects,15 cases got effectiveness and 3 cases failed in observation group.7 cases got marked effects,18 cases got effectiveness and 5 cases failed in control group.The observation group is more effective than the control group in respect of abirritation.In respect of comprehensive treatment,18 cases got marked effects,11 cases got effectiveness and 1 cases failed in observation group.11 cases got marked effects,15 cases got effectiveness and 4 cases failed in control group.The observation group is more effective than the control group in respect of comprehensive treatment. Conclusion:aerve root type cervical spondylosis treated by scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is reliable.
