摘要
本文研究了CPMPT15、CPMRex25两种钢中二次析出碳化物的精化规律。从理论的推导和实验的验证表明这两种钢中二次析出碳化物的粗化符合Ostwald粗化规律。粗化速度满足Lifshitz-Wagner方程,同时说明了用Speed法进行微小碳化物粒子萃取的可行性。
The coarsening of secondary carbides in powder metallurgical high speed steels CPMPT15and CPMRex25 has been investigated. The results obtained from the theory and experiment show that it works well with theOst wald's principle and that the coarsening rate meets the Lifshitz-Wagner equation and thatit is feacible to extract the very fine secondary carbides by Speed process.
