摘要
目的:研究帕金森病大鼠舌象的变化。方法:采用经典的6-羟基多巴胺损毁注射法制作帕金森病大鼠模型,同时设立正常组作对照。采用显微摄像法拍摄大鼠舌象照片,使用Adobe Photoshop7.0图像软件进行舌色量化,并应用基于RGB模型的舌色分析方法进行舌色量化数据分析。结果:模型组大鼠舌色红色度值r1明显高于空白组(P(0.001),模型组大鼠舌色绿色度值r2、蓝色度值r3明显低于正常组(P(0.05或P(0.01)。结论:帕金森病模型大鼠的舌象为红舌。
Objective:To investigate the tongue shoting picture of PD Model Rat in Microscope. Methods: Made the PD Model Rat in the classic damaging methods of injecting 6-OHDA. At the same time, set up the normal group rats. Applied the method of shoting picture of the tongue in microscope to photographed the tongue Shoting Pictre of PD Model Rats, and then, quantified the chroma of the colour by the Adobe Photoshop7. 0 software. Results: Compared with the normal group, r1 presenting the red degree of tongue picture was statistically significant(P < 0. 001 ), r2 presenting the green and r3 presenting the blue were statistically significant( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ). Conclu- sion :The tongue shoting picture of PD model rats in Microscope was red tongue.
