老年2型糖尿病患者抗心磷脂抗体水平变化及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过检测老年2型糖尿病患者血清中抗心磷脂抗体(ACLA)水平,了解ACLA在糖尿病发生发展中的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测年龄≥60岁的2型糖尿病患者80例和35例糖耐量异常及30例健康者血清ACLA水平,对上述指标进行比较。结果老年2型糖尿病患者尤其是伴有并发症的患者ACLA水平与糖耐量异常及健康对照组比较明显升高,糖耐量异常组与健康对照组间无明显差异。结论ACLA的检测对指导临床及早期防治糖尿病并发症,以及对其并发症的风险评估有重要意义和实用价值。
