用于纹波计数的开关电容滤波器设计

摘要 基于直流有刷马达无传感器测速方案,提出设计集成开关电容带通滤波器,以获得高精度传递函数,应用于马达电流纹波滤波和计数。电路采用了Fleischer & Laker双二阶结构,给出离散域信号流图,并用离散状态变量法分析其频率特性,利用Matlab系统辅助设计。采用了意法半导体的0.6μmBCD数模混合工艺,结合实测马达电流波形进行设计仿真,设计了一个中心频率160Hz,品质因数Q为1.81的二阶带通滤波器。 Based on a sensorless speed measurement of IX2 brushed motor, an accurate switched-capacitor bandpass filter is proposed for ripple counting application. The Fleischer & Laker biquad structure is used. A discrete signal flow graph is proposed to analyze its frequency response in discrete state space by using Matlab systematic aided design. A second-order bandpass filter with central frequency 160 Hz and Q-value 1.81, designed based on 0. 6 μm BCD model of ST Microelectronics,is simulated with the measured input motor current.
