摘要
介绍了短距离通信的五种可能方案以及在厨房电器中应用的优缺点,并具体介绍了灶具与油烟机协调控制器,该系统采用载波通信芯片PL3106,通过电力线实现灶具与油烟机之间的协调控制。结合PL3106的特点和X-10协议设计了相应的通信方案、给出了具体的硬件通信电路和软件流程图。经试验验证,电力线载波通信在厨房电器应用中可靠性高、效果良好。
This paper introduces five possible schemes of Short-distance Communication and their advantages and disadvantages when being applied to kitchen appliance,and then explains the coordinated controller of gas-oven and range hood in detail.The system adopts PL3106 to implement coordinated control between gas-oven and range hood by power line communication.Referring to PL3106 characteristics and X-10 protocol,we designed communication solution to this system and put forward specific hardware communication circuit and software flow pattern. This application showed high reliability and desirable results in the experiment.
