摘要
采用十二级间歇式逆流漂洗工艺清洗镀铬镀件。结果表明,该工艺的漂洗水用量仅为普通六级逆流漂方式的1/10,产生的含铬浓液可全部回用,无废水排放。
The application of twelve-stage batch counter- current rinsing in chromium electroplating was studied. The results showed that the amount of rinsing water produced by this process is only 1/10 of that produced by a six-stage countercurrent rinsing process, and the chromium-containing concentrate reclaimed can be totally recycled, achieving zero discharge of wastewater.
