摘要
根据工业漆的体积固含量,可以计算涂料在不同干膜厚度下的理论涂刷面积(单位m2/L),从而推算工程的涂料理论用量(单位kg/m2)。通过定义、推导等研究了工业漆体积固含量的计算方法,该方法对配方设计、涂料施工应用等具有指导作用。
Theoretical coating area (unit of m^2/L) of the paints with different dry film thickness is calculated by solid content in volume, and hence the theoretical amount (unit of kg/m^2) of paint in the engineering application can be calculated. Several calculation methods of solid content in volume for industrial paints were discussed through inference and definition. These methods play a guiding role in formula design and paint construction application.
