摘要
介绍了钛纳米聚合物涂料在炼油厂油汽冷却器管束上的应用状况。分析表明,与未经防护的碳钢水冷却器相比,使用钛纳米聚合物涂层的冷却器管束,可节约资金16.3万元/(台·年);与采用7910涂料的冷却器管束相比,可节约资金12万元/(台·年)。经国家有关部门鉴定,该项技术在我国水冷器和冷凝器管束防腐防垢技术方面,达到了国内领先水平。
The application status of titanium nanometer polymer coating to the cooling pipe bundle in the oil refinery was introduced. Analysis shows that the use of a cooling pipe bundle with titanium nanometer polymer coating saves capital 163 000 RMB yuan per year compared with the carbon steel water cooling pipe bundle without corrosion protection, and 120 000 RMB yuan per year compared that with 7910 coating. The technology is up to advanced level in the country in corrosion protection and anti-scaling of the water cooler and condenser as appraised by relevant national departments.
