摘要 视频是监控系统中的一个重要信息来源,其信息量直观且丰富。但在恶劣天气条件下,尤其是雾霾天气,会使视频监控的可视性能急剧下降。采用适当的图像增强算法,可以有效地改善雾霾天气条件下监控视频的可视性。文章基于小波分析,设计一种以图像增强为基础的新型图像破雾处理方法,以期达到实用的目的。 Video is an important information source of monitoring system. The information is intuitive and rich. But visibility of monitoring video declined sharply in bad weather, especially in fog weather. Using appropriate image enhancement algorithm, could improve the visibility of monitoring video effectively in fog weather. Based on wavelet analysis, this paper designed a new method of fog image clearness using image enhancement algorithm, which is more practical.
