摘要 本文扼要介绍了超音速涡流管(Twister分离器)技术及其在原料天然气水露点控制工艺方面的应用。文章指出:(1)利用超音速涡流管制冷新工艺进行原料天然气的水露点控制与烃露点控制具有明显的节能和环保优势,是当前在全球范围受到普遍重视的新工艺;(2)此项新工艺对西南油气田公司含硫天然气的水露点控制颇具实用价值;(3)国外经验表明在超音速涡流管制冷工艺的技术开发过程中进行一定规模的现场试验是必须的;(4)此类装置在处理含硫原料时必须特别注意材质与防腐问题,也需要相应地解决含硫污水的处理问题。 This paper introduces the supersonic vortex tube technology(Twister separator)and its application on the water dew point control process of raw natural gas.This paper points out that:(1)The new refrigeration process using supersonic vertex tube has obvious energy saving and environmental protection advantages in the application of water dew point control and hydrocarbon dew point control of raw natural gas.The process attracts worldwide attention.(2)This new process has actual value to control the water dew point of sour natural gas.(3)The experience in foreign country shows that it is necessary to carry out field test in the development procedure of refrigeration process using supersonic vertex tube.(4)The problem of material and anticorrosion must be paid great attention to when treating sour natural gas using this type of devices,and the treatment of sulfur-containing wastewater must be solved accordingly.
