电子能谱仪在甲醇催化剂中毒失活中的应用研究

摘要 多功能电子能谱仪是表面分析的重要仪器,本文应用电子能谱仪对非正常失活的工业甲醇催化剂进行系统研究。研究结果表明:甲醇催化剂失活的重要原因是催化剂因工业气体中的杂质而发生催化剂中毒。中毒的类型比较复杂,有硫中毒、硫氯混合中毒、硫磷硅混合中毒和硫铁镍混合中毒等多种类型。本文通过对硫单独中毒、硫氯混合中毒和硫磷硅混合中毒的研究实例,阐明在甲醇催化剂中毒研究中,多功能电子能谱仪发挥了重要作用。 The multifunctional electron spectrometer is an important instrument on surface analysis.It was studied that the deactivation early of industrial methanol catalyst by the multifunctional electron spectrometer in this paper to find the main reason of its deactivation early.The results showed that the important reason of catalyst deactivation early was the poison of catalyst due to the impurity in industrial gas.The type of poison was complicated,including sulphur,coexist of sulphur and chlorine,coexist of sulphur,phosphorus and silicon,coexist of sulphur,iron and nickel,etc.By the instance of study on the poison of sulphur,coexist of sulphur and chlorine,coexist of sulphur,phosphorus and silicon,it is clarified that the multifunctional electron spectrometer instrument give play to strong points in the study of industrial catalyst.
