一种曼尼希碱季铵盐缓蚀剂的合成与缓蚀性能评价 被引量:10

摘要 通过调节酮醛胺的摩尔配比、反应时间、反应温度和反应的pH值,得到缓蚀效果最优的一组曼尼希碱中间体,然后用氯化苄对其进行季铵化得到曼尼希碱季铵盐。挂片失重法测定结果表明,在90℃下,20%的盐酸中对N80钢片有较好的缓蚀效果。电化学极化曲线显示,该曼尼希碱缓蚀剂为混合型缓蚀剂,但主要以抑制阳极过程为主,与KI复配后具有协同效应。 Through adjusting the molar ratio of ketone and aldehyde,amine,reaction time,temperature and pH,we obtained the Mannich base inter-medium which have the best corrosion inhibition efficiency,and then conducted quaternarization with benzyl chloride to get Mannich base quaternary ammonium salt.The results of coupon weight loss showed that this inhibitor has preferable corrosion inhibition efficiency for N80 steel in 20%HCl solution at 90℃.The electro chemical polarization curve showed that this Mannich base inhibiter is a hybrid type inhibitor,but the mainly inhibition mechanism is anodic inhibition,when compounded with KI may create synergistic effect.
