猪源降胆固醇肠球菌的分离鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 为了筛选益生菌并评价其对血清胆固醇的降解作用,从健康猪胃肠道分离鉴定12株肠球菌,进行体外降胆固醇,对酸和胆盐的耐受性试验,结果表明:分离菌均具有体外降解血清胆固醇的作用,降解率为16.67~48.00%,对pH3.0和0.4%的胆盐具有抵抗力,综合评价E1和E7可以作为降胆固醇的备选益生菌株。 The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect vitro. 12Enterococcus strains were isolated from healthy swine. of swine gut--derived probiotic on serum cholesterol levelsin Then, a comparative evaluation regarding thein vitro cholesterol reduction abilities of these strains was undertaken. The degree of acid and bile tolerance of strains was also evaluated. The result showed all of the isolates were able to maintain viability at pH 2, to grow in a medium with 4,000 mg of bile acids per liter, to remove serum cholesterol from the culture medium ,the removal rate of the strains was from 16.67% to 48. 00%. By comparing the results E1 and E7 were regarded as candidate probiotic.
