摘要
目的:探讨脑萎缩患者血浆内皮素1(ET1)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)血脂改变与发病间的关系。方法:采用放免分析法检测ET1CGRP,生化分析仪自动检测血脂。结果:患病组血浆中ET1、APOB、甘油三脂、胆固醇均显著高于正常对照组;而CGRP和APOAI又略低于对照组(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:ET1、血脂的增高、CGRP的降低是引起脑缺血性改变的主要因素,长期脑缺血后导致缺血区神经元坏死及脑萎缩。早期对指标异常者治疗可以降低脑萎缩的发生,有重要的临床价值。
Objective:The relationship of endothelin 1(ET 1),calctonin gene related peptide(cGRP) with cerebral atrophy was explored in the patients.Methods:Radioimmunological assay was used to determine ET 1,cGRP and auto biochemical instrument used to examine blood lipid.Results:The levels of ET 1,apoprotein B(ApoB),triglyceride,cholesterol in the patients were significantly higher than those of the normal controls.But the cGRP and ApoA were slightly lower than those of the normal ones(P< 0.05 ~ 0.01 ).Conclusion:ET 1,lipid increase and cGRP decrease were the main causes of cerebral ischemia,which after a long time could lead to neuron death and cerebral atrophy.So early treatment at regulation of the abnormal quota is important for preventing cerebral atrophy.
