摘要
采用间苯二胺为扩链剂制备聚氨酯脲,研究其力学性能。随着硬段含量的增加,产物的硬度和强度均增加,而断裂伸长率下降。并用红外光谱法对氢键化程度进行表征,结果表明:随着硬段含量的增加,其脲羰基区氢键化程度增加。
Polyurethane urea was prepared using m-phenylene diamine as chain extender, and its mechanical properties were studied. The degree of hydrogen bonding was also characterized by infrared spectrum method. The results show that the rigidity and strength of polyurethane urea increase and elongation at break decreases, the degree of the hydrogen bonding in urea carbonyl group section increases with the increase of the hard segment content.
