Analysis on the Reason of Forming Unidentified Particles in the Process of Salt Making Using Purified Brine

主要针对净化后的卤水在制盐过程中形成的不明颗粒物进行原因查找。通过对不明颗粒物的检测分析确定其主要成分,并据此查找相图等相关资料,结合生产实际运行情况,找出了颗粒物的形成原因和理论依据,并提出了解决措施,运行后达到较好的效果。

This paper aims to find out the reason of forming unidentified particles in the process of salt making using purified brine.The reason and the theory of forming the particles are found out by analyzing and determining the major constituents of the particles,by searching the related data such as phase diagram and combining with actual production.The solutions are worked out with good results.
