松龄血脉康对老年高血压病患者血压及左室肥厚的影响

Effect of Songling Xuemaikang on Blood Pressure and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的:观察松龄血脉康改善老年高血压病左室肥厚的作用。方法:将老年高血压病患者62例随机分为治疗组32例与对照组30例,对照组服用苯磺酸氨氯地平、培那普利、酒石酸美脱洛尔,治疗组在上述药物基础上,服用松龄血脉康,1片/次,3次/天,疗程为12周,观察2组的降压疗效和中医证候疗效,并采用超声心动图测定治疗前后左室肥厚参数。结果:治疗组与对照组降压疗效大致相似。治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后左室重量指数均改善,对照组治疗前后差异有显著性,治疗组治疗后差异有非常显著性,治疗后组间比较,差异亦有显著性。结论:西药加用松龄血脉康较单纯西药能更有效改善老年高血压患者症状,具有更好的改善高血压左室肥厚的作用。

Objective: To observe the effect of Songling Xuemaikang on the improvement of elderly hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods: 62 elderly patients were randomly divided into one treatment group and one control group. The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate, Pui benazepril, tartaric acid while the treatment group was added Songling Xuemaikang 1 tablet / time, 3 times/d, for 12 weeks besides the above-mentioned drugs treatment. The antihypertensive efficacy and the efficacy of TCM of the two groups were observed and the echocardiography was used to measure the parameters of the left ventricular hypertrophy before and after the treatment. Results: The antihypertensive efficacy of the two groups was similar. The effectiveness of TCM treatment group was better than that of the control group. The mass index of the two groups improved after the treatment, showing significant difference in comparison with the control group before and after the treatment. Conclusion: Western medicine combined with Songling Xuemaikang can be more effective than the simple use of western medicine in the improvement of symptoms in the elderly hypertensive patients, and has a better effect on the improvement of the left ventricular hypertrophy.
