寒湿方治疗类风湿性关节炎40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Cold-humid Presciption

目的:观察寒湿方治疗类风湿性关节炎(风寒湿痹,寒湿夹瘀型)的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组服用寒湿方,对照组服用正清风痛宁缓释片。治疗前后进行对比观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为75%,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后症状、体征及实验室指标比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:寒湿方对类风湿性关节炎(风寒湿痹,寒湿夹瘀型)有较好的疗效。

Objective: To observe the treatment of the wind-cold-dampness and cold-humid stasis in rheumatoid arthritis patients by cold-humid prescription. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into one treatment group of 40 patients and one control group of 40 patients. The treatment group was treated with the cold-humid prescription while the control group was treated with Zhengqingfengtongning sustained-release tablets. An observation was made before and after the treatment. Results: The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 90%, while that of the control group was 75%. The comparison between the two groups showed significant difference ( P <0.05); in the comparison of the symptoms, signs and laboratory indicators of the two groups before and after the treatment, the effectiveness of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The cold-humid prescription has an obvious effect on the treatment of the wind-cold-dampness and cold-humid stasis in rheumatoid arthritis patients.
