血浆中存在一类颗粒小、密度高（ｄ＞１．２１ｇ／ｍｌ）具有前β－脂蛋白迁移率的前β－ＨＤＬ，主要包括前β１－ＨＤＬ、前β２－ＨＤＬ以及前β３－ＨＤＬ三种亚类。研究发现，前β－ＨＤＬ亚类间的递变代谢不仅与ＨＤＬ成熟过程有关，而且还在周围细胞胆固醇移出、酯化以及转运中起着重要作用。本文将就前β－ＨＤＬ的组成、结构。

Pre βHDL is present in plasma with small particle size,low concentration and pre β migration,and includes pre β 1HDL,pre β 2HDL and pre β 3HDL as its main subpopulations.It has heen shown that the metabolism of pre βHDL is not only a part of the process that nascent pre βHDL converts to mature α HDL,but also plays a key role in efflux,esterification and transport of peripheral cell derived cholesterol.The composition,structure,metabolism and role in the reverse cholesterol transport of pre βHDL ave detailed reviewed.
