摘要 本文主要介绍了贝加莱新一代伺服驱动器ACOPOSmuhi在国内首台全数控1512锭配集体落纱超长细纱机上的应用。该机型的罗拉部分采用了独立驱动技术,取消了所有机械变换齿轮,通过伺服传动取代传统机械齿轮的复杂连接。前、中、后罗拉力求严格同步,实现牵伸倍数和捻度的精密控制,保证高支数纱线的成纱质量。此外,通过取消钢领板的机械凸轮机构,采用伺服控制技术实现卷绕的电子成形,从而使机械结构简化,生产速度提高,并完成纱线支数和管纱成形的自动调节,使得机器更加具有柔性。全触摸式的人机界面操作,更能适应终端客户对于纺纱工艺不断变化的需求。 This article mainly introduces the application of B&R ACOPOS multi Servo Drive in the first homemade NC ring spinning frame, which has 1512 spindles and is equipped with integral doffing device. In this installation, the milers of the machine adopt the individual driving technology and the all mechanical translating gears have been canceled, and the conventional complex mechanical gears are replaced with servo drives, in which the front, middle and back rollers are required to be strictly synchronous, the drafting times and twists are precise and the quality of high-count yarn is guaranteed. In addition, by adopting the advanced servo control system, instead of the mechanical cams of ring rail, the winding electronic formation, simple mechanical structure, high production speed and auto-adjustment of yarn counts and cop building are realized, thus the machine is of even more flexibility. The fully touch operation of HMI satisfactorily meet the ever changing technical requirements of end users.
