Innovation in Talent Cultivation Mode for Economics and Management Featured with Open Education and Experimental Teaching

围绕西部地区财经院校经管类专业高层次应用型人才培养目标,将开放教育与全程实验教学有机结合,在经管类各专业推行引进多种教学资源的开放教育,设计并实施贯穿教学全过程的"五层次"实验教学体系和"三开放"实验教学模式,着眼于构建学校教育与社会需求之间的联系平台与衔接机制,实现了西部地区财经院校人才培养模式创新。

To achieve the talent cultivation objectives, we have combined open education with complete experimental teaching and designed an experimental system and teaching mode to promote multi-resource open education in specialties of Economics and Management, in the hope of building a link between university education and social needs to improve talent cultivation mode innovation.
