On Improving Talent Cultivation Quality in Finance and Economics through Specialty Construction and Educational Pattern Innovation

专业建设水平是衡量一所大学办学水平的重要标志,也是人才培养质量和水平的重要体现。本文着重介绍了兰州商学院在"十一五"期间,通过加强专业内涵建设,优化专业结构和布局,改革人才培养方案,创新人才培养模式,加强实验教学,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,加强教学团队建设,确保专业建设水平的不断提升,扎实走"质量立校、特色兴校、人才强校"之路,全面提升财经类人才培养质量。

TSpecialty construction level is a very important symbol which weighs the education quality of a university. This paper introduces the specialty coustmction of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics during the period of 11th Five-Year Plan. To ensure the quality of specialty construction, we have optimized the specialty structure and layout, reformed the educational plan, innovated educational pattern, strengthened the experimental teaching, cultivated students＂ innovative spirit and practical ability, and strengthened the teaching staff construction. Thus the educational quality of finance and economics major has been enhanced.
