高等院校是创新型人才培养的重要基地和主要输送渠道。上海财经大学积极探索创新人才培养,注重财经教育理念创新、财经人才培养模式创新。着重优化创新型财经人才培养方案,优化专业建设;以质量工程建设为抓手,着力创新型财经人才培养的课程与教材建设;加强创新型财经人才的综合素质培养,尤其是加强实践教学;大力推进创新型财经人才培养的教学管理改革,加强教学监控体系建设;同时积极探索创新型财经人才培养目标下的国际化办学路子,在对外开放中提升人才培养质量。

Universities are a major base and output channel for innovative talents. Shanghai University of Finance and Economics makes an active exploration of talent cultivation plan and mode by highlighting innovation in educational idea, optimizing specialty construction, strengthening related curriculums and teaching materials, reinforcing comprehensive quality of the students via practice teaching, promoting teaching management reform and teaching supervision system construction. In the meantime, internationalized educational idea is under research to improve talent quality.
