On Deepening Talent Cultivation Mode Reform and Building Cultivation Base for Modern Service Industry

上个世纪90年代末以来,广东商学院以实践教学改革、教学信息化和三大课堂整合为三条主线,致力于应用型人才培养模式改革并取得初步成效。在已有教学改革成果的基础上,面对高等教育新的发展形势,广东商学院确定了"对接现代服务业,谋求广商新发展"的新思路,并围绕开放式应用型人才培养模式构建启动了专业结构调整、人才培养方案优化、新型师资队伍建设、教学软硬平台建设和应用型人才培养质量评价体系建设等五大工程。

Since the end of 1990s, Guangdong University of Business Studies has been carrying out reform of talent cultivation mode mainly through practice teaching reform, teaching informationization and integration of classes, which has already achieved success. Faced with the new situation of higher education, we have formed a new service industry-oriented development thought and started five projects of adjusting specialty structure, optimizing talent cultivation plan, constructing new type of teaching staff, software and hardware teaching platforms, and improving quality assessment system for practical talent cultivation.
