紧跟社会需求 着力打造高素质应用型财经人才

Cultivating Talents Specialized in Finance and Economics in Accordance with Social Needs

通过调研,我们发现高校人才需求发生五大变化:一是随着经济全球化的迅速发展,市场对国际化人才的需求明显增加;二是随着我国法制化建设的推进,许多部门实行了人才准入制度;三是随着社会经济的迅速发展,社会对交叉型、复合型人才的需求日渐增多;四是订单式教育已从高职、高专生延伸到本科生;五是不少学生立志自主创业。应变对策:构建高校人才培养的五种新模式,及"高素质、应用型、国际化人才培养模式"、"高素质、应用型、‘双证书’人才培养模式"、"高素质、应用型、交叉型、复合型人才培养模式""高素质、应用型、订单式人才培养模式"以及"高素质、应用型、创业型人才培养模式"。上述人才培养模式的构建,取得了初步但甚为可喜的成效:毕业生就业率高居不下。

Through research, we have found that there are 5 major changes in talent needs： firstly, with the fast development of economic globalization, the demand of internationalized talents is on the rise; secondly, as our country is promoting legal construction, talent access system is practiced in many departments; thirdly, the society puts more demands on inter-disciplinary and compound talents with the economic development; fourthly, the pattern of order from education has been extended from vocational education to undergraduate education; fifthly; tnore students start their own business. Accordingly, we must adapt to these changes by taking countermeasures： constructing five new patterns of cultivating talents focused on namely the ＂high quality, practical and internationalized pattern＂, the ＂high quality, practical and double certificates pattern＂,the＂high quality, practical, inter-disciplinary and compound talent pattern＂, the＂high quality, practical and order form pattern＂, and the＂ high quality, practical and innovative Pattern＂. With these patterns, we have made fruitful achievements in employment.
