On Research and Practice of Optimization of Practical Talent Cultivation in Finance and Economics

高等财经教育的大发展,已经使财经人才的供给和需求发生根本改变,由供不应求,转变为供求基本平衡,甚至供大于求。本文通过对财经类应用型人才培养过程优化的核心要素、办学目标定位、规格和人才培养目标等进行分析,并在实践中对人才培养过程的各个要素和环节实现整体优化,促进学生知识、能力、素质和谐发展,以适应经济社会发展对财经院校毕业生的实际工作能力或技能越来越高的要求。

The fast development of higher education of finance and economics has been undergoing a radical transformation from excessive demands to a supply-and-demand balance on the whole. The paper analyzes the core factors of the optimization of talent cultivation in finance and economics, orientation of the universities, specification, and talent cultivation objectives, trying to realize an optimized integration which promotes the development of students＇ knowledge system, capacity and quality so as to meet the practical demands of the society.
