Innovating Experimental Teaching System and Building a Platform for Application Abilities

实验教学已经成为本科人才培养过程中的重要环节,对于地方财经类院校来说,更应当根据自身的特点,将人才培养的目标与社会经济发展的需求相结合,充分利用有效的实验教学体系培养具有实践能力和创新能力的高素质人才。本文从转变教育教学观念、完善实验教学运行机制、打造实验教学队伍以及实现途径等方面论述了地方财经类院校创新实验教学体系的研究与实践。

As an important part of undergraduate education, experimental teaching system should be given more emphasis to cultivate high- quality talents with application skills and innovative abilities. This paper discusses the research and practice of innovative experimental teaching system in universities of finance and economics from the following aspects such as transforming educational concept, improving experimental teaching operating mechanism, constructing experimental teaching staff, and realization route.
