高职教育的根本任务是培养全面发展的高素质技能型人才。要达到这一目标,必须以"大爱育人"理念统领学校教育工作的方方面面,每一个教育工作者都必须以大爱的胸怀来共同营造大爱的育人环境,让大爱育人成果惠及每一个学生,让"以人为本"的教育思想得到充分贯彻。学院党委确定"大爱育人"工作的研究任务,有组织、有计划地具体推进和落实,是"大爱育人"工作的具体实践,也是践行科学发展观的具体体现。

The fundamental mission of higher vocational college is to cultivate all season high quality technique oriented talents.To reach the target,the concept of education with humanistic love should be carried out in the administration of college.With the spirit of humanistic love,educators should construct the atmosphere of education with humanistic love,students being cared with the love,fully carrying out the people oriented spirit.The college CCP committee determined the task of education with humanistic love, systematically promoting and carrying out it, which is the specific practice of education with humanistic love and carrying out the concept of scientific development.
