College Teaching Affairs Management Based on the Practicing of Humanistic Love

高校教务管理作为高校教学管理的重要部分,其根本任务就是为全校师生服务,目标就是统筹、协调全院师生的教学活动,实现全院师生的良性互动和全面发展,高校教务管理工作者只有自觉践行大爱精神才能实现这一伟大目标。教务管理者自觉践行大爱精神,首先要做大爱精神家园的坚守者,再是要立足岗位不断丰富和传播大爱文化、不断创新践行大爱精神的途径。

Management of teaching affairs is an important part of teaching administration in college.Its ultimate duty is to serve all teachers and students and its goal is to achieve teachers and students’ healthy interaction and integrated development by overall planning and coordinating their teaching and learning activities.Administrators of teaching affairs should make efforts to fulfill humanistic love consciously for achieving the goal.So the administrators of teaching affairs should become keepers of homestead of humanistic love, and persist in enriching and spreading humanistic love and innovating the way of fulfilling humanistic love in their work.
