摘要 应用紊流的数学模型干太钢初轧厂均热炉,该漠型包括三维的紊流Navier-Stokes方程和K-ε两方程模型的紊流方程,计算机预报的流场与1:5的物理模型的流场显示进行对照,证明计算机程序的正确性。预报的流场有助于人们对烟气流的组织,得出了一些有用的结论。 A mathematical model representing turbulent fluid flow has been applied to the soakingat Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co.. The model involves solution of the three-dimensional turbu-lent Navier-Stokes equations, with turbulence being modeled by so-called K-εtwo equation. Thevelocity field predicated by the model was studied with a physical model of one-fifth scale theindustrial furnace. The results show that there is good agreement between them, thereforeprove the mathematical model. It is helpful for people to organize the hot gas flow with thepredicated velocity field. Some useful technological implications are pointed out as well.
