摘要 针对江苏畜牧兽医职业技术学院肉品加工教研室的现状,探讨加强肉品教研室科学管理,提高专业课教学质量的措施。 The status of meat product processing staff room, the author of this paper gave out some own view in order to manage the staff room. It will promote the improvement of teachers, education levels, and raise the education quality of specialized subject. Finally this will drive the development in all fields of our staff room.
