摘要
阐述了食品营养与检测专业的核心专业课程食品分析与检验课程的方案设计,介绍了基于工作过程的课程方案开发思路和步骤,重点介绍了学习情境设计、教学实施过程,以及考核方式的改革。以学习情境为载体,可以使学生掌握相关知识,激发学生的兴趣和思维,达到提高学生综合职业能力的目的。
Food analysis and safety verification was an important core course to professional of food nutrition and detection, the development ideas and steps basis on work process were introduced, and the design of learning environment; the process of teaching and the reform on examining way were emphasized in this paper. The analysis showed that learning environment was useful measure in order to enable students to aequire the relevant knowledge, to stimulate student interesting and thinking to enhance the capacity of students vocational purposes.
