摘要
优化设计是将最优化理论和计算技术应用于设计领域,为工程设计提供一种重要的设计方法。在对圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计分析的基础上,建立了圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计数学模型,选取了合理的设计变量,并且确定了合适的约束条件,采用遗传算法来求解该优化设计问题。利用遗传算法优化得到的优化解与罚函数优化得到的优化解进行对比,差别较小。优化结果表明,利用遗传算法进行工程结构中的优化设计,优化方法可靠有效,能够使实际设计效率得到明显的提高。
Optimization design is an important design method which applies optimization theory and arithmetical technology in design field to offer project design. This paper anlysis optimization design of the gear reducer. Built mathical model of optimization design, and select reasonable design variable, confirm the correct restrictive conditions, solve the problem of optimal design by genetic algorithm. The result of the genetic algorithm and the penalty function were compared,the result showed differences is very small. The result of optimization design showed design efficiency can be improved. Result of optimization design has certain references to the actual design work.
