摘要
文章通过对山东电网１９９２～１９９６年１０ｋＶ城市用户供电可靠性指标和停电时间进行了分析、分类排队，找出影响可靠性的主要因素，据此提出提高供电可靠性的七条技术措施和五条管理措施，由此总结出提高供电可靠性的四要素，即加快电源与输变电建设步伐是关键，加快城网建设与改造步伐、加强城网结构是基础，做好管理工作是保证，依靠科技进步做后盾。只有满足上述四要素，才能提高供电可靠性并与国际接轨。
Based on the analysis of power supply reliability for urban consumers in Shandong power network from 1992 to 1996, the main factors which influences the power supply reliability are found and some technical and management measures are proposed for improving power supply reliability of urban power network. The authors put forward that speeding up the construction of power source and transmission, reinforcing the construction and renovation of urban power network, enhancing the structure of urban network and improving the management are four key requirements, unless these requirements are satisfied, it is not possible to further improve the power supply reliability for urban consumers.
