从北京地区的两次停电事故看加速城市电网建设的重要性

SPEED UP THE CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN DISTRIBUTION NETWORK TO REDUCE POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION

文章通过对北京地区两次停电事故的剖析，指出目前城市电网存在的一些问题和要吸取的教训，强调加速城市电网建设的重要性，对城网网络结构运行措施等方面提出一些看法和观点。

Based on the analysis of two power supply interruption accidents in Beijing area, this paper points out the existing problems in urban distribution network and the lessons which should be drawn from the accidents. The importance of speeding up the construction of urban distribution network is emphasised, and some suggestions on the structure and operation of urban distribution network are proposed.
