摘要
目的探讨电灼联合百蕊片治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法将90例分成两组,45例采用电灼结合中药百蕊片,对照组45例采用单一使用电灼治疗。结果观察6个月后电灼结合百蕊片组治愈率88.89%,复发率11.11%,对照组治愈率57.78%,复发率42.22%,两组治愈率比较有显著差异(χ2=9.87,P<0.01),复发率比较有显著性差异(χ2=5.93,P<0.01)。结论电灼联合百蕊片治疗可以提高治愈率,降低复发率。
Objective Aim to study curative effect of condyloma acuminatum（CA）. Methods Ninty CA patients were randomly divided into treatment group（45 cases） and control group（45 cases）. The treatment group was treated by fulguration combining Bairui tablet,the controls only by fulguration. Results The cure and the recrudescent rate of the treatment is 88.89% and 11.11% respectively. The control group were 57.78% and 42.22%. There was signifi- cant difference between the groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Fulguration combining bairui tablet is effective for CA and has fewer recurrence and side effects.
