摘要
制定科学的指标体系是完成绩效评估的关键步骤。吉林省现行政府工作部门绩效评估指标体系具有明显的战略导向功能,但也存在着公平性、全面性和客观性方面的问题。因此,应借鉴国内外比较成熟的评估模式,总结自己成功的经验,针对存在的问题,进一步改进和完善政府工作部门绩效评估指标体系。
To formulate a scientific indicator system is a key step in the completion of performance evaluation.Existing government departments of Jilin Province Performance Evaluation Index System of a clear strategic direction features,but there are also fairness, comprehensiveness and objectivity issues.Therefore,we should learn from more mature modes of assessment at home and abroad, summed up their own successful experiences,problems and further improve and perfect the work of the government sector performance evaluation index system.
