农业现代化与农民增收致富——发达国家农业现代化对我国的启示

发展农村经济,增加农民收入,必须提高农业综合生产能力。当前,影响和制约农民增收致富的因素较多,一是对农业投资幅度小,保障性措施少;二是种植、养殖方式和规模比较传统,农民增收速度慢;三是为农民提供的致富信息少,农民在寻求致富之路上有时求助无门;四是农民扩大经营规模缺少相应的资金扶助;五是农民文化素质偏低,束缚了他们的思维方式。解决这些问题既需要国家以法的形式颁布相应的政策,也需要各级地方政府的扶持。发达国家在农业发展方面的经验给我们带来了诸多启示。

Development of the rural economy and increasing farmers＂ income,the need to improve agricultural comprehensive produc- tion capacity.At present,the influence and restrict the more factors the farmers to get rich first,increase investment in agriculture is small ,less protective measures;second planting,more traditional farming methods and scale incomes of peasants slow;third is to provide farmers with a wealth of information small farmers seeking to get rich on the road sometimes is no help;four to expand the operation scale farmers lack the appropriate funding support;five farmers and cuhural qualities of the low side,tied to their way of thinking.To solve these problems requires both countries to the law promulgated by the appropriate policies,local governments need help.Developed countries in agricultural development experience have brought us a lot of inspiration.
