摘要
目的探讨导致胎膜早破的相关因素。方法对100例胎膜早破孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析与总结。结果导致胎膜早破的相关因素中,以生殖道病原微生物上行性感染及羊膜腔压力增高最常见,分别占46.0%(46/100)及23.0%(23/100),其他为胎膜受力不均、营养因素、宫颈内口松弛、外伤及原因不明等,共占31.0%(31/100)。结论生殖道病原微生物上行性感染及羊膜腔压力增高是导致胎膜早破的主要原因,加强产前检查,重视孕期卫生保健,及时纠正导致胎膜早破的相关因素,可以预防胎膜早破。
Objective To explore the related factors of premature rupture of membranes. Methods 100 cases of PROM of pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results In the correlation factor of PROM, advances by the genital tract pathogenic microorganism upward infection and the amniotic cavity pressure common, occupied separately 46.0% （46/100） and 23.0% （23/100）, others were uneven for the fetal membrane stress, nutrition factor, cervix of the uterus boring relaxation, flesh wound and reason unclear and so on, altogether occupies 31.0% （31/100）. Conclusion The genital tract pathogenic microorganism upward infection and the amniotic cavity pressure markup are the primary cause of PROM. To strengthen the prenatal visit, take the gestation period medical care and prompt correction the correlation factor of PROM can prevent PROM.
